Greetings from the great white north!

Does it surprise you that we have few customer visits in January and February?  Wind chills of -32 aren’t very fun but a blanket of snow is calming until you have to drive on it!

I completed my first full year at Lou-Rich in 2019 and I am having a lot of fun.  We had a good year thanks to the support of our customers and suppliers.  I know that we have challenged our suppliers to jump thru hoops for us occasionally and we appreciate their support as we continue to meet the needs of our customers.

While 2019 was good overall at Lou-Rich there were a lot of ups in downs within the numbers.  We strive to have diversity in our customer base and the markets they serve so that we can spread out those ups and downs.  The ag market was a challenge.  Think about bad spring weather affecting crop planting and the trade wars that have affected oversea purchases.  However, our medical equipment market was up and helped offset the ag market.  That diversity helps to smooth some of the bumps along the way so that Lou-Rich can remain a very healthy supplier to our valued customers.  It also allows us to maintain our commitment and support of the community.

We are looking forward to another great year in 2020.  We have several new projects with existing and new customers that we are excited about.  The relationships we have with our suppliers help us to meet our customer needs.  Have a great year!
