Now that we are a couple months into the new year, one thing has become very apparent. Companies that are nimble and able to shift and change with customer and market demands will come out ahead. We are living in a world of shrinking visibility to forecasts, coupled with incredible fluctuations in raw material pricing and availability. These two things mix about as well as oil and water, orange juice and toothpaste, or forks and power outlets. Yet here we are mixing it up every day. At Lou-Rich we must be doing something right in this area because we posted a very strong 4 quarter in 2020 and our quoting activity for new projects is brisk. If you are a customer of ours reading this; thank you for trusting Lou-Rich to build your product. If you are a supplier to Lou-Rich, thank you for working through every twist and turn we have asked from you in the pursuit of satisfying our customers.

We recently completed a 3-year strategic plan that will take us through 2023 and I want to share our updated Mission Statement and Vision Statement.

Mission Statement: Employee owners delivering integrated, high-quality, and efficient contract manufacturing solutions that provide our customers with competitive advantages.

In everything we do, our mission is to help our customers be more competitive and win in the marketplace. We use this thinking as a filter for everyday decision making.

Vision Statement: To be the best employee-owned contract manufacturing company in North America.

This is a bold statement, but one that our team has latched onto and one that truly represents the passion and commitment of our employee-owners.
