This year, Lou-Rich will celebrate its 50th year in business. That is an accomplishment less than 3% of all manufacturing companies started last century can claim. The small two-man tool and die operation opened its doors for the first time on March 6, 1972, and 50 years later has grown into a robust and highly integrated contract manufacturing company listed as the 17th largest of its type in the United States by The Fabricator magazine. We have come a long way, but are always looking for ways to grow and improve. This August, there will be a big celebration for all Lou-Rich employees and retirees. In fact, all employee-owners from our parent company Innovance and our sibling companies, ALMCO, Mass Finishing Inc and Panels Plus will be invited as well.
