Employee Spotlight

Deb has been a member of Lou-Rich team for 30 years and enjoys the everyday challenge of being Lou-Rich’s Customer Manager. “Some days can be very challenging, and some days are just a nice flow of events,” she says. But the number one thing she enjoys most is the people she works with.

When asked what an employee-owned company means to her, she replied, “It means the company is more transparent with the employees on the running of the business and decisions that are made by the board and management. Some information is posted on our computer screensavers and we have quarterly meetings that every employee is invited to. This gives us the opportunity to ask questions and discuss what is going on.”

After she is done working with a customer, she hopes they feel good and confident about the business they placed in Lou-Rich. Having high standards to fill for each customer that includes quality workmanship on their parts and to deliver parts on time to meet their schedule. She feels it is also important for us to have staff available to answer any questions they may have concerning quality, engineering, or the status of their orders.

When Deb is not working, she loves to read and do crossword puzzles. She enjoys working out in her yard, mowing, trimming, and clearing snow in the winter. She grew up in North Dakota and still has family there that she stays in close contact with. She has one daughter, Addie, who is married and lives close by with two grandsons.
