Richard has been a member of Lou-Rich team for 8.5 years and enjoys the variety of daily tasks of being Lou-Rich’s Engineering Clerk/Planning Assistant. Working independently, yet collaboratively with the engineering and planning departments is thing he enjoys most about his job.
When asked what an employee-owned company means to him, he replied, “As an employee owner, I have a greater appreciation of my fellow employee owners and their ability to work together, efficiently producing high quality products resulting in greater customer satisfaction.” After he is done working with a customer, he hopes they feel confident in knowing that every employee is doing their very best to exceed their expectations of quality and service.
When Richard is not working, he enjoys gardening on his acreage of land just north of Albert Lea. You can also find him camping, traveling, attending estate sales, and spending time with friends and family. Thanks for being a valuable member of the Lou-Rich team Richard!
