Jesse Jaeger has been a member of the Lou-Rich team since January of 2021. Jesse was recently promoted to Manufacturing Quality Engineer. Previously, he was positioned in CNC doing lathe work. This is an impressive jump in a short amount of time and is no doubt a reflection of the value Jesse brings to the team.
As a Maverick alumnus, he attended Minnesota State University, Mankato and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a Statistics minor. Jesse recently earned his Master’s in Engineering Management.
When asked what working for an employee-owned company means to him, Jesse said, “To me, working for an employee-owned company means that we are working towards our goals together as a team.” Jesse hopes that customers feel that Lou-Rich takes a personal interest in their projects and the outcomes. “They should feel that we have put forth our best effort to give them the quality and results expected of Lou-Rich,” stated Jesse.
When Jesse is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jacy, and their three children, Elsie, Kael, and Emy. Together, they like to go camping, hunting, and enjoy the outdoors.
