Bruce Mullenbach, National Sales Manager, has been a member of the Lou-Rich team since May, 2005. He enjoys working with our current and new customers by providing solutions that help solve challenges. When asked how should each customer should feel after working with Lou-Rich he says,” Each customer should feel that Lou-Rich is here to support their needs by delivering quality parts on time. They should feel that Lou-Rich is like another department supplying components to the point of use.”
As an employee of Lou-Rich, he gets the added benefit of being an employee-owner. When asked what does working for an employee-owned company mean to him, he says,” Working for an employee-owned company feels like we all share ownership in the company. Working along side of my employee-owners gives me satisfaction to know that together we are supporting our customer needs.”
When Bruce is not working, he enjoys fishing (takes an annual Canadian fishing trip), hunting and watching Minnesota sports. In the past, he was a volunteer wrestling and baseball coach and a retired Albert Lea volunteer firefighter.
