Karl Eggum was recently promoted into the role of Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Lou-Rich and has been a member of the team for 18 years. Karl has a degree in Machine Tool Technology and is a machinist by trade, with over 27 years of experience in a variety of roles. Karl enjoys the energy that Lou-Rich and its employees bring to the table daily.
When asked what an employee-owned company means to him, he replied, “I feel you see the employee ownership in each project we do. I feel the people respond to challenges with excitement and are driven to do their best.” Karl hopes that once a customer gets to know Lou-Rich and sees how we perform and respond to their needs it makes it an easier decision on where their next project should go.
When Karl is not working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. He has been married to his wife Angie for 23 years, and has 2 kids; Maggie who is 19, and Henry who is 17. Thanks for being a valuable member of the Lou-Rich team Karl!
