The Genesis Versa 2H robotic welding workcell is a two-station system that consists of a Fanuc robot mounted on a servo driven linear track. This workcell has the ability to accommodate large tool lengths and a high weight capacity. The mounted track allows the robot to access larger parts that need weldments.
Lou-Rich utilizes this cell to manufacture large weldment frames for the Right-of-way Equipment, Land Clearing Equipment, and Tree Care Equipment Industries. These steel frames can weigh as much as 4,8000 pounds and are nearly 24 feet long, making the Versa 2H welding cell a perfect choice for this project.
